Audrey Fenske assists clients ranging from small private domestic companies to large publicly-traded multinational companies on all manner of compensation and benefits matters. She has more than 25 years of experience, with a broad background in compensation and benefit tax, ERISA and related regulatory matters.
Audrey helps clients draft and amend qualified plans, address fiduciary issues, participate in IRS and Department of Labor correction programs, draft cash and equity incentive plans, review service agreements for qualified and nonqualified plans, comply with all securities laws impacting compensation and benefits, and prepare communications for compensation and benefits. She also advises companies on cross-border employee compensation, benefits and tax issues, welfare and fringe benefit plans.
Before entering private practice Audrey advised clients on compensation and benefits issues as an executive director at Ernst & Young.
