Bernadette counsels and represents clients in a range of employment law issues, Congressional ethics compliance, criminal and administrative matters including government investigations. She places a high priority on client service, responsiveness and conscientious individual attention. Bernadette conducts employment and code of conduct related internal investigations thoroughly, efficiently and with the minimum possible disruption to the workplace. She is available to conduct EEO training designed for a client's particular workplace situations and industry. Bernadette also litigates on behalf of clients in general civil matters including defense against and prosecution of contract and tort claims.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney, during which time she gained significant jury trial and appellate experience representing the government as a prosecutor and in civil litigation.
