Brandon Nagy focuses his practices on business litigation, appeals, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He represents individuals, businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and state, local, and tribal governments in prosecuting and defending complex, commercial, contract, professional liability, and employment disputes in court, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Brandon advises clients at all stages of dispute resolution, from investigating and drafting complaints through appeals. Brandon takes and defends depositions; drafts and manages e-discovery; researches, drafts, and argues dispositive motions; develops and implements litigation strategies; negotiates settlements; researches legal principles and precedents; prepares clients for depositions and trial; and, analyzes appellate issues and drafts briefs for state courts of appeal, the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Brandon served as a law clerk and judicial extern for the Honorable James Teilborg of the U. S. District Court for the District of Arizona; as a full-time intern for the Office of the Solicitor General, U.S. Department of Justice, in Washington, DC; and as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
