Brendan Dolan is an associate in Stinson Leonard Street LLP's Private Business Group. He assists on a wide range of private and public corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business entity selection and formation, business succession and estate planning, contract negotiations, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Brendan has been practicing law for more than nine years. Before joining Stinson Leonard Street, Brendan worked as Assistant General Counsel for several privately-held companies, most notably Quality Bicycle Products, Inc. (a global manufacturer and distributor of bicycle products) and SmartEtailing, Inc. (an e-Commerce service provider for the bicycle and outdoor industry). His legal practice mission is to share his in-house experience with companies of all sizes to help counsel them through proactive, practical, self-empowered decisions that help their business grow and minimize risk.
Prior to his work as in-house counsel, Brendan served as law clerk for Chief Magistrate Judge Arthur J. Boylan and Judge Richard H. Kyle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He also served as a legal extern for the United States Attorney's Office during law school.
