Brian Schoenborn is managing partner of Stinson Leonard Street’s St. Cloud, Minnesota office. Schoenborn’s practice is focused at the intersection of business and estate planning, advising individuals, multi-generational families, and business owners, on tax planning, wealth preservation and estate and trust administration. Schoenborn also has substantial experience providing general counsel representation to private and family businesses within manufacturing, high technology and sports and entertainment industries. This experience includes business transactions, business succession planning, real estate development and sports facility development. Brian co-chairs the Sports and Entertainment Business practice at Stinson Leonard Street, and is also active in the firm’s Private Business, Estate Planning, Community Banking and Emerging Companies practice areas. Brian is a member of the United States Hockey League (USHL) Board of Directors and founding owner of the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association of Professional Baseball (AAPB) Board of Directors and co-owner of the Sioux Falls Canaries of the AAPB. Brian is very active with various community and civic organizations, including serving as a discussion leader at the Anderson Center and as a forum leader for the Anderson Center’s Leading Negotiations Forum, and is a founding director of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation where he helps lead the Downtown Corps.
