In 2001, a unique diversity scholarship program was created in partnership with the four Twin Cities law schools to provide tuition assistance, mentoring and additional support to a diverse student in each class at each school. Scholarship recipients have worked with the firm as summer associates and joined us as attorneys, and continue to contribute to our firm, our profession and our community.
Each academic year, 12 diverse students participate in our program. To celebrate the year and enhance the overall experience, we hold an annual networking dinner for deans, school representatives, attorneys from the firm and alumni scholars to meet, mingle and connect.
In 2013, our current and alumni scholars number 44; the firm adds four scholars annually to our vibrant and growing network. Adine Momoh- Alumna of the Minnesota Diversity Scholars Program and now practicing law in Stinson Leonard Street’s Business and Commercial Litigation group.

Established in December 2002, the scholarship provides $15,000 per academic year to a law student of color selected by the School of Law. The recipient of the scholarship is invited to participate in the firm's summer associate program.
