The conference is billed as the region's most important environmental compliance event of the year.
At 1:15 p.m. May 17, Brittany will participate in the "General Duty Clause: The Provision that Swallowed the Rule" breakout session. The session will review risk management plan requirements including the "General Duty Clause", proposed changes to the rule and the impact on regulated facilities.
At 2:15 p.m. May 17, Dave will moderate the "Energy Crystal Ball Gazing Under Trump/ Pence" panel discussion. The panel will address national and regional impacts on procurement, deregulation, energy efficiency, financing and other key energy issues.
At 8 a.m. May 18, Kyle and Parthy will participate in "The Legal Reality of Making Changes in Environmental Policy" panel discussion. The session will address the legal niceties of changes in environmental policy and the state and federal level. Kyle will moderate the discussion.
