Daniel C. Wennogle, a litigation attorney in the firm's Denver office, works to maximize results for clients efficiently and quickly so they can move forward and continue doing what they do best.
Dan Wennogle focuses his practice on construction, property rights, unmanned systems (drones), and utility companies. He represents contractors, energy companies, lenders and professionals in the design and construction trades in litigation matters in state and federal court and in arbitrations in various places throughout the country. He is part of the Colorado AGC-Mountain Area steering committee and is assisting with legislative efforts to pass new construction defect laws in Colorado. He also participates in arbitrations on major commercial and industrial construction disputes under the American Arbitration Association Construction Industry Rules. Dan is an associate board member of Mending Faces, a non-profit that helps indigent children receive cleft lip and palate surgeries.
