Dave Parry practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction law, science and technology related litigation, performance contracting, and energy law at Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Dave regularly represents businesses, owners, contractors, energy services companies, vendors and other commercial clients in federal and state court proceedings and arbitration throughout the United States. He also advises energy services companies concerning federal and state performance contracting laws and guaranteed energy savings contracts, and assists clients with public and private construction projects involving a variety of procurement and delivery methods.
Dave has experience handling large disputes involving complicated technical and scientific issues and expert testimony. He also represents clients in cases involving construction and design defects, performance and energy efficiency guarantees, delays, disruptions, cost overruns, government contracting, gas turbine and cogeneration facilities, utility service, and equitable price adjustment claims.
Dave is active in the National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO) and in the Energy Services Coalition (ESC). He conducted a five part web-based seminar series for NAESCO focusing on best practices in performance contracting and the measurement and verification of energy savings. He also provides the annual case update to the Minnesota Bar Association's Construction Law Section. Dave understands the challenges associated with resolving complex technical disputes and is dedicated to providing first-rate client service.
