Jeffrey Harrison's practice focuses on complex corporate transactions including financings, lease transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He has significant experience in the agribusiness and energy industries.
Jeff previously worked at a $100 billion Farm Credit System bank, where he was senior counsel responsible for all legal aspects of a multibillion dollar agribusiness loan portfolio. In this position, he handled secured and unsecured financings in the agribusiness industry, including asset-based loans, working capital, construction and acquisition financings, letter of credit issuances, industrial revenue bond financings and other financing transactions with cooperatives, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and trusts.
Jeff has also worked at international law firms in New York City and Houston. At those firms, he led international and domestic financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and project development transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients included large financial institutions, alternative asset managers, state-owned and government-sponsored enterprises and multinational corporations.
