For all new administrative and staff members, Stinson Leonard Street offers immediate access to two programs that enhance individual growth and professional development.
The PACES (Performance, Assimilation, Communication, Excellence and Service) program assists new hires in skillfully navigating administrative channels, easily accessing our extensive resources, and clearly understanding the culture and structure of our firm. This program provides the training, resources and information needed by new employees to foster professional and personal success at Stinson Leonard Street. All new employees will be contacted approximately three times throughout their first year by a Human Resources staff member who will provide insight and direction, facilitate additional training, and ensure you’re positioned for success.
Employees within all administrative departments of the firm are required to maintain a high level of commitment to professional growth and client service. All employees are asked to embrace the concepts of continuous learning, regardless of position or job category. The primary objectives of University Stinson Leonard are to orient, train and develop administrative staff in three areas: law firm operations, career development, and personal growth. These regularly scheduled, structured programs and workshops will help all staff develop and improve their overall knowledge, skills and abilities. Training opportunities are available to improve overall knowledge, skills and abilities with the intention that employees will develop a long-term commitment to career growth.
