Stinson Leonard Street LLP seeks an experienced Records Information Administrator to join the firm's Kansas City, MO office. The Records Information Administrator will serve as the Records and Compliance's main point of contact for off-boarding processes. This role performs complex analytical or interpretive tasks. Responsibilities will include direct contact with both exiting attorneys and staff to coordinate the release of information from firm's document management and records management systems; inbound and release electronic documents as authorized by Division Chairs and the Firm's General Counsel; coordination of new matters creation for new laterals with NBI Manager; coordinating with the Records Coordinators the release of paper files; managing security in the RMS system through access control; recommending procedural changes; documenting procedures; conducting electronic inventories; ensures data integrity for onboarding and off-boarding documented processes; assisting with FileSite workspaces; maintaining template references noting class / sub-classifications.
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
