Stinson Leonard Street LLP seeks an experienced Research Assistant to join the Firm's Minneapolis, MN office. Under the direct supervision of attorneys the Research Assistant will analyze facts and data in complex cases. The Research Assistant will present findings in the form of written memoranda and graphs or charts summarizing data. The Research Assistant will also be expected to use and, when necessary, customize software programs used to organize voluminous case materials, identify key documents, and retrieve important work product. The Research Assistant will also need to find creative solutions to unusual and difficult problems that present themselves in complex cases with high exposure. Duties will also include document review, preparing documents for production or for use at depositions, and drafting privilege logs. Must have superior analytical and writing skills, data analysis skills, and resourcefulness. Must exercise focus and diligence. Must maintain courteous and professional contact with internal and external contacts and observe confidentiality of client matters.
There is no supervisory responsibility associated with this position.
