Kenda Tomes is chair of the firm's Structured Finance & Securitization practice. She is an active member of CRE Finance and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Kenda and her team provide legal advice to many large loan commercial servicers and commercial banks in connection with their conduit lending programs. The group represents these entities in connection with CMBS transactions, CME securitizations, and other structured finance transactions, master repurchase and participation facilities, agency transactions and structuring client portfolio servicing facilities. Mrs. Tomes also represents servicers and CMBS trusts in connection with workouts, loan modifications and loan liquidations. Mrs. Tomes and her team also represent national banks and other lending in connection with commercial lending and such lenders' conduit programs. Mrs. Tomes also serves as outside general counsel for a wide range of publicly and privately held companies advising clients regarding regulatory matters in connection with offerings and other disclosures, securities law compliance, corporate governance compliance, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other business matters.
