Larry Wulkan represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. He has particular experience in civil rights, municipal, commercial, insurance, complex civil and products liability litigation. His appellate experience includes appearances before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court and Arizona Court of Appeals (Divisions One and Two). Larry is personally involved in all aspects of his clients' cases, from pre-suit investigation and filing, through briefing, hearings, and depositions, to trial and appeal.
In an age when few matters go to trial, Larry has considerable trial skills and experience before federal and state courts. During trial, Larry incorporates the use of advanced courtroom technology to tell his client’s story more effectively. Larry teaches these same skills to law students at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law School. His law school course, "Litigation and Courtroom Technology," provides students with the tools to augment their oral advocacy through the use of effective demonstrative aids, images and videos.
