Penny Slicer is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in patent prosecution in the U.S. and internationally. She regularly advises clients relative to freedom to operate issues, and assists with early assessment and strategic direction for patent litigation matters. Her practice encompasses a wide range of chemical, biochemical and mechanical inventions, including pharmaceuticals and veterinary products, industrial processes and equipment, chemical compositions, and consumer products. Penny is experienced in patent litigation before United States district courts and the Federal Circuit as well as post grant Inter-Partes Review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) at the United States Patent Office.
