Renée is a partner in the firm's Employment and Labor Law division. Her practice focuses exclusively in the area of Immigration Law. She helps companies attract and retain highly qualified foreign national executives and employees by working through the various government agencies to obtain temporary work visas and permanent residence. She advises on how a merger or other businesses reorganization affects sponsored foreign national employees. Renée also assists U.S.-based employers be compliant with U.S. immigration laws, including proper completion, maintenance, and response to enforcement actions related to the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
