Samir Mehta is a registered patent attorney focusing on high technology intellectual property matters. He combines skills in all aspects of intellectual property work with a rich background working in the software industry. Samir has significant experience in intellectual property litigation, post grant review, portfolio strategy, patent preparation, and prosecution.
Samir has worked on complex intellectual property matters pending in state, federal and appellate courts throughout the United States. Within this area, he prosecutes and defends claims of patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation for individuals and private and public companies involving a wide array of technologies. In addition to litigation, Samir has significant experience representing companies in Inter PartesReview (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
