"One of the biggest things I'm facing is that the patent eligibility standard we now have is extremely different than what we're seeing in Europe, Japan, China, and pretty much every other jurisdiction," Boettler said.

Boettler is a registered patent attorney. She blends her experience in life sciences and patent law to prepare and prosecute patent applications and protect clients' intellectual property. Boettler counsels clients on all aspects of patentability, invalidity, freedom-to-operate and other due diligence issues and helps prepare non-infringement and invalidation opinions.
