| | Andrew is a member of the Business Litigation Division and has experience in all stages of litigation, including at trial and on appeal. He has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, and has handled a broad range of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract and fraud, construction disputes, insurance disputes, successor liability, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury and products liability cases. Andrew has successfully initiated and defended numerous summary judgment and other pre-trial motions, tried cases to favorable verdict, argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, and briefed cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Supreme Court. In addition, Andrew has represented clients at arbitration and mediation proceedings in a variety of cases. He also practices intellectual property and entertainment law and represents a variety of local and regional artists. |
