Clary Redd Publishes 2019 Year in Review Article in Trusts & Estates Magazine

Partner Clary Redd recently published his annual year-in-review article in the January 2020 issue of Trusts and Estates Magazine. In this year’s article, Clary summarizes development and challenges facing the industry in the past 12 months.

In particular, he details new regulations from the Secretary of the Treasury, guidance on addressing how properly to value publicly traded stock for gift tax purposes, tax on trust termination, and significant decisions on tax-affecting and bankruptcy.
