Stinson LLP Partners Nate Van Emon and Greg Johnson served as legal counsel to Community First Bank, based in Butler, Missouri, in its acquisition of Lead Bank’s Garden City branch located at 200 North Third Street, Garden City, Missouri. The transaction was consummated on April 9, 2021.
