First State Holding Co. Transaction Closes, Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

First State Holding Co., the holding company for First State Bank Nebraska, recently completed its acquisition of Schneider Bancorporation and its subsidiary, Plattsmouth State Bank, located in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The acquisition was completed on June 5, 2020.

In conjunction with the bank acquisition, a subsidiary of First State Holding Co. acquired Schneider Agency, Inc., an insurance agency in Plattsmouth, NE. This acquisition was also completed on June 5, 2020.
