OakStar Bancshares Acquisition Closes; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

Springfield, Missouri-based OakStar Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for OakStar Bank, completed its acquisition of First Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Community First Bank based in Kansas City, Kansas. The sale was announced on November 20, 2020 and completed on April 1, 2021.

On March 29, 2021, OakStar Bancshares completed its issuance of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes.
