Stinson LLP represented Bedford Technology, a portfolio company of Hillcrest Capital Partners, in its acquisition by Tangent Technologies, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group.

Bedford is a leading extruder of plastic lumber with excellence in structural and semi-structural profiles. Its products are used in marine infrastructure, boardwalks, fencing, and industrial applications. Bedford operates from facilities in Worthington, Minnesota and Winchester, Virginia.
