Stinson Represents CZ Group in Acquisition of Colt Holding Company

Stinson attorneys Scot Hill and Lucas Sheets recently represented Česká zbrojovka Group SE (CZG), a firearms manufacturer based in the Czech Republic, in its acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in Colt Holding Company LLC, the parent company of the storied Colt firearms manufacturer.

CZG acquired Colt for cash and stock in excess of $240 million, with the deal closing in May 2021.
