Stinson Represents Multiple Banks and Holding Companies in Subordinated Debenture Securities Matters

Stinson attorneys Nate Van Emon, Bob Monroe, Patrick Respeliers and Michael Grigsby served as legal counsel to six bank holding companies in the issuance of approximately $70 million of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes in the first seven months of 2020.
