Stinson Attorneys Represent Freedom Bancshares of Southern Missouri, Inc. in Merger Transaction

Stinson LLP Partners Nate Van Emon and Mike Lochmann served as legal counsel to Freedom Bancshares of Southern Missouri, Inc. and Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri, based in Cassville, Missouri, in their pending acquisition of Community National Bank, based in Monett, Missouri. Community National Bank will be merged into Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri, with a closing date expected early in the second quarter of 2020 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
