Three Stinson Attorneys Named to IP Law "POWER LIST"

Stinson LLP Partners Steve Cosentino, CIPP and Scott Eidson and attorney Judy Carlson have been named to the 2022 Missouri Lawyers Media Intellectual Property Law "POWER List."

This edition of the "POWER List" features 32 of Missouri's most powerful attorneys in intellectual property law who pursue or defend against claims involving patent applications and infringements, patent licenses, trademarks and trade secrets, copyrights and unfair competition.

Carlson is a registered patent attorney and electrical engineer offering a balance of legal knowledge and technical skills to help technology companies develop and manage patent portfolios. She has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for complex technologies in the United States and worldwide, covering medical devices, electronics, optical systems, software, and computer networks. Carlson is especially skilled at counseling clients on freedom to operate issues, including the preparation of non-infringement and invalidity opinions, drafting and negotiating IP agreements, and advising clients on the IP aspects of M&A transactions.

Cosentino's practice is strategically positioned at the intersection of technology, finance and law, with a focus on technology related transactions and compliance, and an emphasis on software licensing and services, banking technology, data center services, outsourcing, data privacy, e-commerce, advertising, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
