Alton Bancshares Announces Plans to Acquire Table Rock Community Bank; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

Alton Bancshares, Inc., recently announced it has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the stock of Table Rock Community Bank, headquartered in Kimberling City, Missouri. Stinson served as legal counsel to Alton Bancshares, Inc.

Alton Bancshares currently owns First Community Bank of the Ozarks, a $144 million asset bank headquartered in Branson with offices in Branson, Forsyth and Hollister, and Alton Bank, a $106 million asset bank with offices in Alton and Birch Tree.

Stinson attorneys involved in the matter include Bob Monroe and Greg Johnson.
