Antitrust and False Claims Act Attorney Jeetander Dulani Joins Stinson in DC
Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome financial services and class action Partner Jeetander Dulani to the firm's Washington, DC office.
Dulani brings with him nearly two decades of experience as an antitrust and False Claims Act attorney. His practice is focused on competition law, class actions, mergers and acquisitions, government investigations and complex litigation.
"Jeetander's legal experience and proven track record in the courtroom will serve as an asset to our FSCA division and to the firm," Stinson's Financial Services and Class Action Division Chair Chuck Hatfield said. "His understanding of the law and extensive experience handling high profile and high caliber cases will further provide our clients with the creative solutions and top tier results and value they expect when turning to us to handle their most complex challenges."
Dulani represents clients in Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission merger and conduct investigations and high stakes antitrust and False Claims Act litigation in federal court. He regularly advises on antitrust compliance matters, including global antitrust risk, horizontal and vertical business arrangements and merger clearance in the U.S. and internationally. He also represents clients, including Fortune 500 companies, individuals and private equity funds, in international arbitration, government investigations, complex litigation and appeals.

Prior to joining Stinson, Dulani served as Special Counsel to an AmLaw 100 international law firm.
