Cody S. Rogers Appointed Chair of ABA's Community Economic Development Committee
Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Cody S. Rogers has been appointed as Chair of the Community Economic Development Committee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section.
Rogers' two-year term will begin at the conclusion of the 2023 Business Law Section Annual Meeting.

Cody is an exceptional leader with a passion for empowering and preparing communities for the future," Natasha Sim O'Keefe, past chair of the Community Economic Development Committee, said. "He will be instrumental in providing valuable resources to current and future members committed to revitalizing economically-challenged areas."
The Community Economic Development Committee provides information, programs, meetings and resources to attorneys whose primary practice or pro bono service pertains to low- to moderate-income entrepreneurs and community-based organizations working to revitalize economically distressed communities, and/or affordable housing and community development law.
Rogers has been a member of the Community Economic Development Committee for two years. He has taken on many roles within the Business Law Section and the Community Economic Development Committee, including serving as Chair of the Tax Credit Subcommittee and, most recently, serving as Vice Chair of the Community Economic Development Committee.
Rogers is a transactional attorney focusing his work on impact investment and community development projects throughout the country. His understanding of community development and the impact of diversity and inclusion on New Markets Tax Credit allows him to provide unique solutions to his clients' sophisticated needs.
