Elizabeth Chatham Named a "Most Influential Minority Business Leader" by AZ Business
Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Elizabeth Chatham has been named a "Most Influential Minority Business Leader" by AZ Business. Chatham was selected alongside 18 influential diverse and minority business leaders in Arizona. She was presented with this recognition in 2017 as well.
AZ Business defined Chatham as a "successful, experienced and agile immigration attorney assisting Fortune 500, fast growth companies and educational institutions in navigating the complexities and nuances of corporate U.S. immigration law and compliance." She helps companies, businesses and individuals nationwide in contributing and championing diversity and inclusion efforts.

As a diverse attorney, it truly is my life's work to expand and incorporate D&I efforts in my work nationwide so that diverse clients and people can have a voice in American business," Chatham said.
For more than a decade, Chatham has advised multinational companies, fast-growth organizations, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, non-profits and individuals on a variety of immigration issues. Chatham helps her clients complete the application procedures for all manner of Visas, including H-1B, L-1, O, P, TN, E-1, E-2, and R as well as EB-1 Outstanding Researcher, Extraordinary Ability, Multi-National Manager, National Interest waivers, and PERM Labor Certifications. She also provides guidance on consular processing, naturalization, and immigration compliance and performs trainings for corporate human resources personnel. In 2017, she was named the Phoenix Best Lawyers "Immigration Lawyer of the Year." Most recently in 2022, she was selected as one of Arizona's Top 100 Lawyers.
