Elizabeth Chatham Selected to Serve as South Asian Bar Association of North America Foundation Board Trustee

Stinson LLP Partner Elizabeth S. Chatham has been selected to serve on the South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA NA) Foundation Board of Trustees.

The SABA NA Foundation supports access to justice through grant making, educational programming, collaboration among nonprofit organizations serving South Asian communities in North America and by advancing causes important to the communities the foundation serves.

Chatham is serving a two-year term, effective September 1, 2024.

Chatham is active in her community and has served in leadership roles on a number of boards and professional organizations. This includes serving as the American Immigration Lawyers Association Arizona chapter chair and as a member of its executive board committee and as a former SABA of Arizona executive committee member. She also served as a staff attorney with the Asian Pacific Legal Center, helping immigrant victims of domestic violence with direct legal services, and coordinating social services, post-9/11 advocacy for South Asians and naturalization clinics in local immigrant communities. Additionally, Chatham is a member of the Arizona Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Arizona South Asians for Safe Families, Society for Human Resource Management and the American Bar Association.

In addition to her community involvement, Chatham assists companies and educational institutions navigate U.S. immigration law and compliance. She provides tailored corporate immigration and compliance programs and works with clients to obtain temporary and permanent immigration options. Chatham also helps clients with individual consular processing and naturalization.
