Energy Tax Law Attorney Harry Teichman Joins Stinson in Tampa

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Harry Teichman to the firm's Tampa office. Teichman joins as a partner in the firm's Energy, Environmental, Mining & Transportation Practice Division with a practice centered on providing tax advice for energy-related transactions and advising on tax matters for private business transactions and tax controversies.

Teichman is adept at overcoming tax problems when representing businesses in state and federal tax matters. His clients include pass-through entities, real estate developers, start-ups, not-for-profits, franchisees, multi-unit business owners and various other professionals, including medical professionals, advising them on day-to-day tax matters, including structuring a business or business sale, succession planning, and wills and trusts. He also provides general business and corporate advice on matters involving franchising, leases and employment agreements.

Teichman earned a J.D. from the University of Miami, an LL.M. in taxation from New York University, and a B.B.A. from City University of New York.  

Since establishing a presence in the Sunshine State in May 2023, Stinson's Tampa office has doubled its attorney headcount. The firm's Tampa attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience across multiple practices, including real estate, corporate and commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax, trusts and estates, and banking and financial services.
