Jessica Knox Selected to ABA Forum on Construction Law Diversity Fellowship

Stinson LLP Partner Jessica Knox has been selected for inclusion as a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law Diversity Fellowship. She is one of four to be selected as a 2024 Fellow. 

The ABA Forum on Construction Law is the largest organization of construction attorneys in the United States and abroad, representing all segments of the construction industry. The Diversity Fellowship works to increase participation, inclusion and leadership opportunities for attorneys from diverse backgrounds in the construction law industry. The program offers Fellows the opportunity to join a division steering committee, providing leadership and networking experiences within their chosen area of law. Fellows are also paired with a mentor, fostering professional development and providing guidance and support.

Knox is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on construction litigation, real estate litigation, medical benefits/ERISA, property tax appeals, premises liability and personal injury claims. She has been a member of the ABA Forum on Construction Law since 2021 and serves on the Forum's Division 1 Steering Committee and as the Division 1 technology liaison. She is also the assistant editor-in-chief of The Dispute Resolver, the official blog of the Forum's Division 1 Steering Committee, and runs the In-House Counsel Series. In addition to being heavily involved with the ABA Forum on Construction Law, Knox is an elected council member for the Minnesota State Bar Association Construction Law Section. She also served as a 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder.
