John Munich Named to Top 30 POWER List for Education Attorneys by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Weekly has named Partner John Munich to its "POWER LIST" for education attorneys. The honor recognizes 30 of Missouri's most powerful education attorneys who lead and influence their community.

Munich leads the firm's Education Funding Litigation practice group, which represents states, counties, cities, school districts and other public bodies in the areas of education funding, school desegregation and constitutional and statutory law claims.

Munich has represented clients in some of the most significant and complex lawsuits heard in Missouri, and elsewhere, including his role as lead counsel in one of the leading Supreme Court school desegregation cases, Missouri v. Jenkins. He frequently speaks and writes on topics related to charter schools and school choice and education adequacy lawsuits and their effects on state budgets, school funding, accreditation requirements and federal mandates.
