Minnesota Lawyer Recognizes Stinson's Faulkner, Lyden as Up & Coming Attorneys

Minnesota Lawyer has recognized Stinson LLP Partners Nicole Faulkner and Nicholas Lyden as 2024 "Up & Coming Attorneys."

The Up & Coming Attorneys award honors those in their first decade of practice who are already making significant contributions in the legal profession and community. Faulkner and Lyden are two of 35 recognized with this award.

Faulkner's selection is a testament to her remarkable legal skills and unwavering commitment to client advocacy and community service. She is a dedicated labor and employment attorney adept at handling a range of matters, from collective bargaining to complex investigations. Faulkner's experience allows her to provide practical and insightful counsel grounded in the daily realities employers face. In addition to her legal practice, Faulkner maintains an active pro bono practice focused on government transparency, assisting with critical family law matters and advocating for housing rights and homeless assistance initiatives. She is also an advocate for youth athletics and organizational leadership within her community.  

Lyden's selection underscores his legal acumen and unwavering dedication to his community. A real estate attorney with experience supporting clients in over 30 states, Lyden is instrumental in navigating complex acquisitions, dispositions, leases and financing transactions. His entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to client service have established him as a trusted advisor in the real estate industry, oftentimes serving as a primary liaison for some of the firm's national clients. In addition to his legal practice, Lyden contributes his time and skills to pro bono legal services, actively participates in legal advocacy and professional development organizations and mentors youth in his community through sports programs.
