Stinson Adds Experienced Litigator and Trial Attorney to Wichita Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Nanette Turner Kalcik to the firm's Wichita office as an of counsel attorney in the firm's Business Litigation Practice Division.

Kalcik's complex litigation practice serves a variety of industries and sectors, including higher education, health care and financial services. She defends her clients' interests throughout the litigation process, including pre-litigation counseling and advocacy throughout trial as well as the appellate process.

Kalcik has experience representing clients in a broad range of matters, including tort and personal injury actions, oil and gas litigation, Title IX claims, medical malpractice, class action claims, municipal law, and a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters. She also has considerable experience handling banking and financial services regulatory compliance and litigation matters. Kalcik also maintains a robust employment litigation practice, handling a variety of employment disputes and navigating clients through post-COVID employment policies and compliance with OSHA mandates.

In addition, Kalcik is heavily involved in the Wichita community. Her dedication to and time spent in formal and informal mentorship relationships has earned her a reputation of being a passionate leader within the Wichita legal profession. She is a 2022 Wichita Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree and was named to the publication's 2021 "Women Who Lead: Legal" list. Kalcik is also the recipient of the 2022 Pat Ayars Mentoring Award for her efforts mentoring early-career professionals in the legal industry.

Prior to joining Stinson, Kalcik practiced at an AmLaw 200 firm.
