Stinson LLP is advising The Bank (Oberlin, Kansas) in its pending acquisition of BankWest of Kansas (Goodland, Kansas).
Subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
Stinson Partner Greg Johnson served as lead counsel to The Bank.
