Stinson Associate Donta Dismuke Selected to ABA Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy

Stinson LLP associate Donta C. Dismuke has been selected to participate in the American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy, beginning Sept. 1, 2024.

The Leadership Academy is a two-year program serving as a pipeline into national leadership for traditionally underrepresented attorneys. Leadership Academy scholars are provided targeted and hands-on training, networking and mentoring opportunities, which fosters their long-term success and their ability to make an impact in the legal profession. Scholars who graduate from the Leadership Academy also gain valuable leadership experience through board appointments within the ABA and the Young Lawyers Division.

Dismuke's selection signifies his dedication to professional growth, leadership development and commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Dismuke focuses his practice on a range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance. He has experience assisting clients in various industries navigate complex buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
