J&M, a custom tarp and cover manufacturer, obtained a permanent injunction against Raven, and the company was ordered to pay nearly $737,000 in damages for previous infringing actions regarding J&M's patented CoverGuard® Internal Strapping System.
J&M Industries, Inc. is a privately held family-owned company based in Louisiana. J&M and its subsidiaries manufacture and distribute tarps and covers for various applications and industries.
