Stinson Attorneys Represent Elevate Cannabis in Strategic Growth Projects Throughout Missouri

Stinson LLP is representing Elevate Cannabis, a multi-location, vertically integrated cannabis business operator, in its strategic growth across Missouri's rapidly growing cannabis market.

Since June 2023, the firm has assisted Elevate in a series of rapid expansion and acquisition projects throughout the state. Attorneys navigated licensing matters and compliance within Missouri's complex regulatory frameworks surrounding adult-use cannabis, acquiring licenses for dispensaries and cultivation and manufacturing facilities, including the acquisition of 17 dispensaries.

The firm also assisted Elevate in a recent loan closing matter, negotiating with investors and lenders to secure vital funding for Elevate as they work to expand their presence in Missouri through additional retail and cultivation assets for the communities and consumers they serve.
