Stinson Expands National Tax Credit & Impact Finance Practice with Addition of Minkoff, Pierce
Stinson LLP is strengthening its nationally recognized Tax Credit & Impact Finance practice with the addition of Jared Minkoff and Christopher Pierce as partners in its St. Louis office. The attorneys bring extensive experience in tax credit financing to the firm's real estate practice, known for its strategic transactions and high-impact projects across the country.

Minkoff has extensive experience utilizing federal and state new markets and historic tax credits to structure real estate and impact finance transactions across the nation. He represents investors, lenders, developers and community development entities in all aspects of real estate development, including the rehabilitation of historic properties and the construction of new, mixed-use developments and affordable housing. Minkoff earned his J.D. and B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis. He will split his time between Stinson's St. Louis and Denver offices.
Pierce has extensive knowledge of tax credit transactions, particularly involving new markets tax credits and historic tax credits. He represents a wide range of clients, including nonprofit and for-profit developers, investors, syndicators and lenders, and guides them through the intricacies of acquiring, selling, financing and leasing various property types. Pierce earned a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. from Carleton College.
