Stinson LLP Partners Christina Arnone and Patrick Edwards are named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List.

The list recognizes the top emerging talent in litigation throughout the United States. Attorneys selected for inclusion are identified by clients and peers as attorneys who display the ability to consistently handle complex, high-stakes cases. Both Arnone and Edwards have been named to the 40 & Under List since 2018.

Arnone is recognized in the insurance practice area. She helps businesses manage risk by ensuring appropriate insurance coverage, advocating to maximize coverage in the event of an insured loss, and suing when insurers wrongfully refuse to provide coverage. Arnone has more than a decade of experience representing a wide variety of businesses in complex business insurance disputes. She also assists businesses in negotiating insurance and indemnity provisions in commercial contracts and regularly advises businesses during policy placement and at renewal.

Edwards is recognized in the commercial, construction, labor and employment, and product liability and recall practice areas. He has extensive experience in lawsuits involving business disputes, construction, products liability, employment, and oil and gas. Edwards has developed a strong practice representing companies in collection matters, and he takes a practical and pragmatic approach to help his clients achieve their goals in litigation while minimizing costs and risk. In addition to his practice, Edwards serves as chair of the Defense Research Institute's Agricultural, Construction, Mining, and Industrial Equipment Specialized Litigation Group for the Product Liability Committee.
