Northeast Kansas Bancshares, Inc., based in Overland Park, Kansas, closed on its acquisition of a majority of the common stock of The Bank of Orrick, based in Orrick, Missouri on May 20, 2022. The acquisition expands Northeast Kansas Bancshares, Inc.'s geographical footprint into Orrick and Ray County, Missouri where The Bank of Orrick has provided banking services since 1902.
