Stinson Welcomes Energy Associate to New York Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Zimei Fan to the firm in its New York office as a member of the Energy, Environmental, Mining & Transportation Practice Division.

Fan focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on energy, electric power and energy finance. He represents investors, borrowers and electric cooperatives in matters involving project finance and energy commodities, including wind, solar and natural gas power plant projects of all scales.

Prior to joining Stinson, Fan was an energy and natural resources associate in Greenberg Traurig's New York office. He also has in-house experience, having worked as a compliance analyst for a major international petroleum producer and distributor.

Fan earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York. Fan is also a native speaker of Chinese (Mandarin).
