Stinson's Frantze, Price Recognized as Up & Coming Attorneys

Missouri Lawyers Media has recognized Stinson LLP Partners Christopher Frantze and Rachel Price as 2024 "Up & Coming Attorneys."

The Up & Coming Attorneys award honors those in their first decade of practice who are already making significant contributions in the legal profession and community. Frantze and Price are two of 46 Missouri attorneys recognized with this award.

Frantze's selection is a testament to his strong work ethic and sharp problem-solving skills, evident in his exceptional client service and his ability to manage real estate projects of any size or complexity. He represents national and regional clients in developing strategies and negotiating complex agreements related to sales transactions, leasing, public incentives, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Beyond his legal work, Frantze demonstrates a strong commitment to community leadership through active involvement in various organizations, including health and medical research nonprofits, professional development and leadership training organizations, youth mentorship programs and various legal advocacy associations. He is also actively involved in pro bono work that enables low- and moderate-income homeowners to mitigate gentrification, preserve community roots and access legal services.

She has extensive knowledge of real estate law and assists clients with a wide range of transactions and negotiations, with a focus in the acquisition and sale of commercial and multi-tenant properties. Beyond her legal practice, Price actively contributes to her community, serving on the board of directors for a nonprofit dedicated to providing immediate support and resources to individuals and families in crisis. She also volunteers her time to empower women through leadership training programs and supports various women's organizations focused on civic engagement and mentorship.
