Tax Credit & Impact Finance Attorney Joins Stinson in St. Louis

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Karen M. Rippelmeyer to the firm's St. Louis office. Rippelmeyer joins as a partner in the firm's Real Estate & Public Finance Practice Division, and will focus her practice on real estate, tax credit and impact finance.

Rippelmeyer assists equity investors, developers, lenders and community economic entities in real estate transactions involving federal, state and local tax credits and incentives, including new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits. She also has extensive experience representing clients across the country in the acquisition, development and financing of commercial, senior housing, and multi-family residential properties.

Rippelmeyer also has experience handling corporate and partnership taxation matters at the federal and state level, focusing on compliance and reporting for public and private entities. This background gives her a strong understanding of the financial and tax implications involved in real estate transactions and investments, bringing a unique perspective to the firm's Tax Credit & Impact Finance practice and amplifying the teams' capabilities of achieving their clients' business and community impact goals.
