Trial Attorney, Former Federal Prosecutor Reginald Harris Joins Stinson, Brings Extensive White Collar Experience to St. Louis Office
Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Reginald L. Harris to the firm's St. Louis office. Harris joins as a partner in the firm's Financial Services and Class Action Practice Division. He brings a wealth of experience investigating and prosecuting complex federal criminal crimes, having served 17 years in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Harris has extensive experience investigating complex crimes and representing clients in internal investigations, corporate compliance matters, white collar criminal defense and civil trial litigation. He investigates and litigates matters involving workplace safety violations, employment discrimination, financial misconduct, regulatory noncompliance and health care fraud. Harris also has significant experience representing a wide range of clients, including corporations, managers, health care professionals and company employees, in high-stakes litigation and federal investigations.

During his time as a federal prosecutor, Harris investigated and prosecuted corporate embezzlement, Ponzi-type schemes, investment fraud, public corruption, and other white collar crimes. After his time at the U.S. attorney's office, Harris served as a partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's investigations, financial regulation and white collar practice.
The addition of Harris strengthens Stinson's capabilities in white collar defense and special investigations, employment litigation and compliance, and complex business litigation.
